- At least 1 year of experience in the same position

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Responsible for coordinating with departments to create or revise job descriptions
- Responsible for creating and maintaining employee employment contracts
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with third parties in optimizing recruitment channels
- Build and maintain the company's talent by conducting training and development, and ensuring the training and development is effective;
- Organize and maintain the HR database in HRIS
- Create and organize HR-related documents
